Common Parts & Exchange Questions

  • What is your core return policy?

Our core return policy is designed to be clear and straightforward. While specific timeframes (typically 21-30 days) and criteria vary by component, our sales team provides all core return requirements in detail on your quote to ensure there are no surprises.

  • How do we help mitigate bill-backs on exchanges?

We know bill backs are a major pain point. Our goal is always transparency. We work with you upfront to understand the core's condition and documentation to minimize potential charges.

For eligible operators, we also offer our unique Flat-Rate Fuel Accessories Exchange Program, which guarantees no bill-backs on eligible components.

  • What is your warranty policy?

Prime Industries’ Limited Warranty Policy warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Overhauled units will carry a warranty of one year or 300 flight hours, and repaired units will carry a warranty of 6 months or 150 flight hours (whichever occurs first). Within this period, Prime Industries will, at its discretion, repair or replace any components which fail in normal use after validation of warranty claim. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts and/or labor. Unless otherwise specified, the customer will be responsible for any transportation costs. This warranty does not cover failures due to customer-induced damage, accident, or unauthorized alterations or repairs. Prime Industries assumes no responsibility for special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of use.
